I ran KAV Rescue Disk which enabled me to quarantine/delete lots of it and then I ran MBAM in normal mode which seemingly removed the rest of it and rebooted. I can mostly isolate it and remove lots of it but it activates again with an active internet connection. The sad part is I did a custom Avira Free scan and custom MBAM scan before clicking on the file despite being tired. I ran an EXE from my spam because I thought it was legitimate - I guess I got phished. OK I got myself infected this time by doing something very stupid because I was angry and tired.
